How LB iLearn Can Help You Get Certified
The Oregon Board of Medical Imaging requires all Radiological Technologists performing Interventional Radiology examinations to be licensed. To become licensed, you must pass the ASRT certification exam. To be eligible to sit for the exam, registered Radiological Technologists must complete educational hours and clinical hours.
Through the Interventional Fundamentals course, students will gain the didactic knowledge needed in order to sit for the ARRT registry exam. The educational portion of the course will be completed online, but students are also required to complete a clinical component at an approved facility of their choice. Students would be responsible for establishing a rotation with a clinical site.
